Hi, I’m Amanda

My love for movement began at the age of five, when I first stepped into a ballet studio. The music, the discipline, and the freedom of expression lit something inside me. As I grew older, that passion expanded into teaching dance—sharing movement and watching others come alive through it filled my heart with joy.

Eventually, life led me into the corporate world, where I wore many hats: sales, management, process improvement, and client engagement. I gained experience, structure, and resilience. But something was missing. I felt stressed, disconnected from my body, and distant from my spirituality. That’s when I found yoga—not as a fitness practice, but as a lifeline.

What began as a way to manage stress unfolded into so much more: greater mobility, a healthier lifestyle, a calmer mind, and an overall sense of well-being I didn’t even realize I was craving.

In 2022, I experienced a profound loss that shifted the lens through which I viewed life. It made me question everything:

Are we meant to simply work and exist? Life is too short not to live with purpose, presence, and heart.

That moment of clarity led me back to what had always been there—movement, healing, and human connection. I became a yoga teacher, and from there expanded my path to include Pilates, sound therapy, and Reiki, weaving together modalities that support the body, mind, and spirit.

Today, my mission is to hold space for others the way these practices held space for me—to guide you toward your own inner peace, to reconnect you with your breath, and to remind you that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

I’m honoured to walk alongside anyone ready to explore their own path—whether through movement, breath, sound, or stillness. This work is my purpose, my passion, and my offering to the world. I hope to support you in finding the clarity, connection, and freedom that already lives within you.
